A custom order is a personalised embroidered item made specifically for the customer. Instead of selecting a pre-made product, customers provide the name, colours, fonts, or design details they would like. Each item is made to order, unique, and created with care from start to finish.

Choose Your Item

Select the product you want personalised (baby items, blankets, gifts, workwear, etc.).

 Provide the name or text, colour choices, and font style. Optional extras like dates or initials can be added.

For complex designs, a digital mock-up may be sent for approval.

Once approved, your customised item is embroidered to order.

Your finished item is packaged and shipped, with updates sent throughout the process.
